STUFF IT!

A neat trick when flying with acoustic guitars; you can (carefully) stuff socks and underwear in the body through the soundhole and save a little room in your bags. Of course, it's best to remember to remove them when you're done traveling. I just found two pairs of socks and underwear inside my Seagull acoustic today, stuffed way down by the endpin/input jack. That guitar's last flight was from Copenhagen to JFK...on NOVEMBER SIXTH of last year. No wonder it hasn't been feeding back in high-volume situations. And no wonder I've been doing laundry more often.
